HAM AGING PROCESS
Hams hang at room temperature. The type of ham determines the length it will hang/age. Happy Hams are aged 4 to 6 months and the Kite Hams are aged 6 to 12 months. |

KITE'S WHOLE UNCOOKED HAM
The ham that made us famous! Grandpap's special cure ages these hams 6 to 12 month. They are between 13 to 15 lbs. and sold in a cloth bag. |

KITE'S WHOLE COOKED BONE-IN
These hams are "ready to eat." They are cooked & the bone is left in so they can be used as the centerpiece of your dining table. The skin and fat have been trimmed down to 1/4 inch to prevent drying out of the ham if you wish to reheat. Do not consider your bone a waste. These hams average 7 to 10 pounds.

BACON, SLICED OR BLOCK
Old fashioned, thicker sliced bacon can be used for frying or seasoning and is great on sandwiches. Sliced bacon comes in 1 lb. packs and block bacon comes in 1 to 3 lb. packs. |

Contains 1 lb. of cooked, sliced ham, 1 lb. of sliced bacon, 2 center cuts (ham steaks) and 2 packages of cooked trimmings for seasoning. All items are vacuumed-packed separately for freshness. This is great for anyone who would like to sample all of our products and it also makes GREAT GIFTS. |

This ham has all the work done for you. It is cooked, deboned and trimmed to perfection. It is ready to eat and can be reheated if desired. You can also purchase half of a ham for those smaller events or dinners. Whole hams are 5 to 7 lbs. and a half ham is 3 to 4 lbs. |
